The Texoma Council of Governments will hold a Tuesday event in Sherman for eligible households needing assistance with summer utility costs.
The session is scheduled from 8 to 11 a.m. at TCOG headquarters, 1117 Gallagher Drive. It will take place on the building’s second floor.
Applicants are asked to bring copies of a current bill for electricity, gas or propane service. They also need income documentation for each adult from the previous 30 days, a state-issued photo identification card for every adult, and proof of U.S. birth, a U.S. passport or a permanent residence card for each household member.
