Sherman City Council to Consider Garney Companies License Agreement

The resolution seeks authorization for the city to execute a license agreement with Garney Companies, Inc.

Facility Exchange

Under the proposed terms, the city will provide a designated area at the Wastewater Plant for Garney to use as a lay-down yard.

In return, Garney will supply a 5000 square foot metal building and a security fence.
