Sherman City Council to Consider Fiscal 2027 Budget and Property Tax Increase
Sherman City Council will review Ordinance No. 6962 at its Sept. 8, 2026 meeting. The proposed fiscal 2027 budget raises property tax revenue by $2,711,905, a 7.2 percent increase. Revenue from newly added properties accounts for $1,774,054 of that total.
