The Dallas Cowboys are set to kick off their 2026 training camp in Oxnard, California, starting with team reporting on July 27. Fans can attend their first practices beginning July 29. Head coach Brian Schottenheimer will hold a press conference on the same day, joined by owner Jerry Jones and executive vice president Stephen Jones.

The camp will feature the annual Back Together Saturday event on August 1, with practices open to the public until August 18. A key focus this year is the defense, which struggled last season, allowing an average of 30 points per game, the worst in the league.

New defensive coordinator Christian Parker is expected to implement a 3-4 scheme, potentially introducing up to seven new starters.

In contrast, the offense remains largely unchanged, having averaged 27.7 points per game last season. This marks the 20th year the Cowboys have held their training camp in Oxnard.
