Emerson Electric has acquired Glue, an AI software company based in Seattle, in a deal tied to Emerson's test and measurement business.
The acquisition adds Glue Studio software to Emerson's Test & Measurement segment. The price and other deal terms were not released.
The Business Journals reported the acquisition on Aug. 6. Further details were not provided in the report.
Emerson employs about 450 people in Sherman, according to local government records.
