Alvarez drives in two in 4-0 victory
The Houston Astros defeated the Athletics 4-0 on Saturday, August 22, at Daikin Park in Houston. The Astros improved their record to 65-64, while the Athletics fell to 49-80. Yordan Alvarez was the offensive catalyst, driving in two runs on the day. The game saw exactly zero home runs, with all four Houston runs coming off base hits and sacrifice flies.
