Houston Texans defensive end Jadeveon Clowney has been ruled out against the Bengals after suffering a knee injury while preparing for Week 2. The injury marks his third consecutive week dealing with an ailment.
Clowney was handling ankle and hip issues before Houston fell to Buffalo, 36-31, last Sunday. He also missed practice during Week 2 because of the knee problem.
Dominique Robinson and Sabastain Harash are expected to split the edge-rusher snaps behind Will Anderson and Danielle Hunter with Clowney unavailable. No additional details were provided.
