The final score stood at 14-2, improving Texas’s record to 46-14 while Alabama fell to 42-21.

Early Inning Dominance

Texas established control early, taking a 3-0 lead in the first inning. A. Mendoza opened the scoring with a double to left field, allowing A. Robbins to score and advancing C. Tinney to third. Rodriguez followed with a double to right, bringing in Tinney and Mendoza to extend the advantage.
