Routine Contract Awards

The council will consider Resolution No. 7661 to award a bid and authorize a contract with Bori Facility Services, Inc for janitorial cleaning at city owned facilities. Officials will also review Resolution No. 7663 to authorize a contract with Weisinger Incorporated for the McAfee Well Abandonment Project through Buy Board Cooperative Purchasing.

Infrastructure and Road Closures

Resolution No. 7662 authorizes an encroachment agreement with MTR Frontera, LLC for a monument sign within a utility easement along Lamar Street. The council will also consider Resolution No. 7664 to declare the MoonLight Market a public purpose event and accept a temporary closure of State Highway 56 from Crockett Street to South Elm Street.

Financial Review

Agenda item G.1 requests approval of investment reports for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. All asterisked items are classified as routine and will be enacted in a single motion unless a council member or citizen requests separate discussion and voting.
